To support the agency's growth, we are looking for a Dutch speaking Account Manager / Business Developer.

Your Mission
Working closely with the Agency Director, the Account Manager / Business Developer plays a dual role: managing client projects and actively growing the agency's business on the Flemish market. Both dimensions are equally important to this position.
Account & Project Management
- Supporting non-profit organizations in designing and developing their fundraising strategy
- Organizing the implementation of client projects, leveraging the expertise of the group's different departments (designers, copywriters)
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction
- Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and priorities across the different teams involved in each project
Business Development
- Identifying and approaching prospective non-profit organization, and setting up meetings with them
- Creating and presenting Adfinitas' offer and services to prospects and partners
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing contacts in the sector
- Representing and strengthening the agency's visibility on the Flemish market, through networking events and sector gatherings
- Organizing workshops for prospects and clients together with the Agency Director
Profile
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development
- Track record of project management and or business development
- Comfortable presenting offers and negotiating with prospects and clients
- Knowledge of the fundraising market is a plus
- Experience in agency is a plus
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch
- Fluent in English
- French is a plus
Skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to prospect, present, and close new business
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
- Proven experience managing clients, suppliers, partners
- Experience with AI workflows and tools

- Monthly gross salary between €4,000 and €4,600, based on experience
