Exclusive training: Great Fundraising Organizations: crack the code for substantial growth

Join us for this exclusive Great Fundraising Day in Brussels (with CEO Breakfast) on September 17th 2026.

How is it that some charities outperform the rest by miles?

What does it take to achieve substantial growth in your own fundraising income? This has been studied scientifically with charities worldwide. And the code has been cracked: with the Great Fundraising method, it’s now possible to significantly grow fundraising results for your organisation too.

What is Great Fundraising?

Great Fundraising is a methodology that helps charities realise substantial growth in fundraising income. It originates from scientific research by Professor Adrian Sargeant: “What makes fundraising truly great?”—an international study across 350+ charities, comparing average performers with organisations achieving exceptional growth.
The research was initiated by Revolutionise (formerly Alan Clayton & Associates), which developed the methodology to help charities move to the next level.

We’re organising a one-day programme, followed by individual 30-minute online implementation conversations (sparring sessions) to help you apply Great Fundraising in your own context.

Part 1 – CEO/Board Inspiration Breakfast (08:45 –10:00)

We start the day with an inspiring session for CEOs, directors and board members. Using international and Dutch examples, we show how the scientifically proven Great Fundraising method works in practice.

You’ll learn how Great Fundraising organisations ensure that Purpose, an internal Theory of Change, and an external New Ambition reinforce each other—and what leadership is needed to boost performance and unlock substantial fundraising growth.

Part 2 – Masterclass for fundraising managers, fundraisers & communications colleagues (10:30–16:30)

In this practical training, we guide you through the steps fundraisers take to help their charity flourish into a Great Fundraising organisation. We work with concrete building blocks that create a strong foundation for growth, and creative concepts that underpin successful campaigns.

This session is designed for fundraising managers, fundraisers and communications colleagues—because growth accelerates when you align strategy, fundraising and communication. We think alongside you: which steps does your organisation need to significantly grow fundraising results?

What you will learn

  • The essential elements of Great Fundraising
What does it take to enable structural fundraising growth as an organisation?
  • How to inspire donors and colleagues with a powerful story
Which stories move donors—and connect colleagues across your organisation?
  • From ambition to action
How to translate a new ambition into words and visuals that power successful campaigns.
